I’m unable to log back in. It’s saying that my phone number is invalid.

I’ve been using this app for almost a year now and it’s honestly been very beneficial and convenient. However, at an event thrown by Vybe I met with the app creator, he’s about a middle age bald man. Anyway after I complimented the app and gave my honest feedback TO WHICH HE ASKED FOR (I told him I like the swipe horizontally rather than the vertical because it makes it easier for me to read), I was immediately interrupted by a friend and pulled away. When I came back to the developer I said “hey we didn’t get to finish our conversation” and without hesitation he said “the conversation is over, I’m too high for this” and walked away. Now to his defense, I will say that I completely understand removing yourself from something that makes you uncomfortable. Though I couldn’t help but feel completely brushed off. At that moment I thought, you know what F U and your app, DELETE!! … I did not delete it because I actually get a lot of use from the app but NEVERTHELESS, the creator is a D bag.

I’ve no way of contacting customer service to help me with this issue. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but i still don’t have access to any function on the app. As soon as I open it, i’m stuck on a screen that says i’m on the waitlist. Can someone help me??

I’ve been waitlisted for forever

BEWARE POC THIS APP WON’T LET YOU IN. I find it funny how I signed up at the same time as my friend (who’s white) and she was let in instantly but I was put on a waitlist? I was told to call and I was “interviewed” it was to see if I was the “right choice for this app”.. What was wrong with me and not my friend? I find that weird and the questions that were asked seemed so weird and racially motivated.. Was definitely turned off during the questions. Don’t download this app if you’re a POC it’s a waste of time.

Ive submitted an application for an account several times with no waitlist notifications. Not sure why, looks like this app is inactive. Don’t waste your time.

This app is so useful in an abundance of ways. The apps interface is easy to use and is seamless in its layout. The people that run the app are great people, that I have been lucky enough to call my friends for a long time. Would 10/10 recommend this app to anyone !

Signed up for the app about 1.5 month ago & have really been enjoying my time meeting new people through the app! I find it very interesting that the app has promoters who would personally invite me to events. That’s especially a bonus point for me being an introvert 🤗 Would definitely recommend!
