Our app works in low bandwidth conditions. We understand that often the industrial environment conditions are not favorable for 3G, 4G, or 5G connections, and Wi-Fi is limited. For this reason, our on-screen annotation and video functionalities were designed to connect and function in the worst conditions. 
We grant access to all equipment and service providers to join Vyzeo. This app was designed to be the source and place where technical support providers could be easily found and reached. Contact us when downloading the app to ensure the providers are also registered. [email protected]  
No more frustrations. The smart call system makes technical support faster and more predictable. When contacting a technical support provider, our system directs the request precisely for the expert qualified for the type of equipment. If the expert is available, the instant call option is shown for immediate contact. If the expert is busy, the call can be scheduled for the first time.
