This app stopped working on the iphone and I can no longer use it.

my iphone is ios 11.3.1 and I have w10 but when opening the app it closes immediately.

Please fix this app is not opening. It closes immediately on ios. Thanks

After the last update doesn’t open and not work.

Now there are no push notifications to either my iPhone or iPad. Without receiving notice when a door or window is opened the alarm system is useless. After multiple resets and deletes the system still won’t send notifications. WiFi is strong and the app allows me to arm/disarm the system but there’s no notifications being sent. The company is basically non existent unless you communicate in Chinese.

Being able to login would be nice! What happens when you forget your app password? It makes you put in your old one to reset. No option for “forgot password.” Other parts of this app are good. Would recommend some better English translation though because some things aren’t written well to understand.

Can you please fix the app to work properly with IPhone X? The arm, disarm and home section at the bottom keep on moving up when I work on something in the app.

After the last update the app don’t work on my iPhone

I just installed the app and when hit the icon the app opens and then closes with out any error shown. Tried to find out support but the support site is in chinesse. Really need help asap please!

I bought the alarm Enklov system and downloaded the app, it work perfect at the beginning. I even had an incident where a person broke in my house and the app worked perfectly well. After that, the next day everything was up hill. I wanted to see the “Notice” and it started crashing. The app would just crash and close, wouldn’t let me see them. I download for a tablet I have and works fine, problem with iPhone. The this is that I use my iPhone for surveillance. So I need it to work ok. Also, at the beginning the notifications were very fast, now I am getting more and more delay, when I try them.
