I can log in via a web browser, but the same credentials do not work on the app. Useless.

The application does not work for personal yield saving account.

This app seems to be worthless, at least to me. If I try to login using the user name and password that I use on the website they say my username or password was invalid. Had to read other reviews to find out that this is a known issue and that to get it working you have to call customer service.

Logging in the App is time consuming and requires a few calls to customer service. I’ve tried connecting my savings account to my new worth tracker, and was it was very time consuming. The contact info they had registered to the account with my info wasn’t even my own information which is quite worrying.

I just signed up for a personal savings account and I couldn’t login to the app after I was approved. I reached out to customer support and they said my account is not available for accessing through the app. They said I can only access it through a website. So then what is the point of even having this app?? Just remove it from the App Store if new users can’t even login. So Frustrating.

When making a deposit, app crashes when taking a picture of a check.

I’m using the same login info as the web portal and it says my name or password is wrong. Called Western Alliance and their tech support said something is wrong with the app. The web portal doesn’t work well either because it won’t flow through to mint.com where I track finances. This bank is…not a business I’d care to work with. Too bad my mortgage was sold to them.

Misleading app. It’s says Western Alliance Bank but I can not access my account which I can access only on the desktop site. This app is totally useless .

Terrible app. Constantly not allowing me to log in with Face ID and keeps kicking me out.
