WAAFI APP

I have a Waafi account and Waafi app has been updated but I can’t find new features like ebirr.other than that it’s not bad .

Calls and clear and crisp I wanted to if the calls will be secured in the future for me Family and friends to stick with using this app in sha Allah

I am facing very bad experience with Waafi/Zaad service, I can’t send my money to Sahal or Hormuud, even when I am sending to Zaad $50 its asking $1.5 commission, I don’t know the way of thinking this people, I tired to contact with support because they wasn’t help full 5 times I spoke with them!

I don’t know why the app refuses to sign it I try many time I got many code verification and it’s not working 😡😡

The thing is it said add old password if I knew old password way I do reset password this app is waste time money please be aware I charge for 5 dollars and it says change to bundle and it’s not allowing me to change password not good app

I can't login to my account, I sent couple emails and no answer, please tell me Tel I can call

It says OTP and says my number is typed wrong, then it says it’s invalid. I’m disappointed in the apps organization and how it doesn’t let me and many others sign in

Hi I am writing using my fathers account and I need assistance I bought a plan for him to call back home and it doesn’t allow me to call the country I intend to. I then bought another plan but with more 281 minutes it’s still saying I need to buy another plan. Kindly assist us.
