Poor algorithms, app design and functionality. Poor accessories suck as ability to connect to LAN standalone fingerprint scanner, unless you buy or pair with an iPad. Web base is crazily slow.

I don’t even use this app anymore but it keeps downloading onto my phone, wasting my data… please stop!

This is a terrible app, lags and won’t load, the views are hard to understand -no jot recommend

Tech support turn phone off then on again still doesn’t work lol it works on older iPhones but not mine? Guess my manager will be entering my start finish times manually

The new update makes the app unusable for me. Was perfect as it was before; now it displays all the buttons and text all overlapping each other in the top left.

The past 2 latest updates have been awful! I can now finally log in after the last update wouldn’t let me.. But now my in app screen is all muddled and distorted. It simply doesn’t work and won’t let me use the app.

I don’t know how an update can make something so much worse, but they did. The worst layout for a scheduling app I’ve ever seen, you can’t see who you’re working with, the weeks are all bunched together, it’s hideously bright, and it doesn’t tell you what day you’re currently on/ remove days that have already passed like ever other scheduled games app does. For the employee this is the least user friendly scheduling app. Please, go use 7 shifts instead, so much better

First impressions when you open the app are the dated and limiting user interface that’s presented to you. Secondly the functionality of the interface is intrusive and lapse. It lags, it works poorly, unfortunately it’s integration with the program Xero is the only reason we are using it. As soon as an alternative is available we will shift.

It doesn’t even let you put in your time availability on your mobile. You have you to jump on the worst website full of glitches on your laptop to even hopefully get a chance of it not crashing!! Please guys. Fix this.
