Wake Up Call Coffee

Still (in 2024) cannot add or check gift card in app and cannot check gift card balance on the website. When it was Roasters we could do it.

There’s no way to see how much is on a gift card unless you go to the location. Also not an option to check balance on their website. Seems like having that option would be standard practice as everywhere else does it. Because of this reason I really hate getting Wake Up Call gift cards.

Yesterday I could add funds by clicking “Charge Up”. The day before yesterday I couldn’t and then again today I couldn’t.

The new app is awesome! The one critique I have is there is no option to add a physical gift card to your account that you might have received as a gift. If that feature is added, then it will be a flawless app.

I will start off by saying I love wake up call! The staff are always friendly and the coffee is great. So my 3 stars are only for the app, not the company. I’m on board for a new app as I understand technology changes. But if you’re going to implement a new app, why not include the option to order ahead of time? It would speed up times in the drive through lines and ensure order accuracy! Just seems like a missed opportunity

Love the app! I like that it shows the weekly special every Monday and I get to check out what else is new on the menu!😍

I love that this app gives me the option to see all the specials and flavors that Wake Up Call offers. I also don’t have to carry my gift card around anymore!

So much nicer than having to use my phone number or keep track of gift cards!
