The app is very easy to use. Has lots of efficient, free exercises. Time and intensity of every session is just right for some instance work out. It’s not too hard so you don’t need warm up or cool down or shower! Perfect for morning exercises that you just want to increase your mobility. Or in the office which you can’t move around very much.
Looks good though but i dont need to pay an app for simple morning workouts..

This set of exercises plus the boxing either standing or sitting has really shown definition in my shoulders, upper back and upper arms. I love this set, particularly because I can feel the amount of use in my shoulder muscles, which I have been trying to strengthen for years. Amazing!
This app works very well at offering a way to take healthy breaks while working or lounging. The options for these mini breaks are extensive and well illustrated with videos and music, but some features are missing that would make it more effective, like reminders to turn it on at key times in your day, ability to “favorite” selected routines, or for the preference section to actually save your problems after you hit save!! There may be more but I’ve just started using the app and these are the gaps I’ve found so far. I have a condition that causes “post exercise malaise” so these mini sessions are just perfect for me, so I will continue to use the app but would like to see these omissions corrected to make it even better!

Just started
I like it a lot but I guess I’m not that sedentary. I am up and moving, gardening,shopping,cooking cleaning. I guess I just feel interrupted frequently . Will get more tolerant?!
