Almost every time I login I get an error code. Even though the app was just updated it’s still stuck in 2008. The biggest pain in if you have to update your password. WAY too many hurdles. I shouldn’t have to fill out a form with User name, first and last name, city, state, zip, account number, social, email, and home phone to just update a password. No other banking institution I have makes you jump through this many hoops

The only thing I’m not a fan of is the online check deposits

It’s a good app, don’t get me wrong, but 3/5 times that I go to check my balance before making a purchase, the app is under some sort of maintenance so I cant log in and check anything.. this always leads to blind purchasing and overspending, which works in the banks favor of course because of overdraft fees.. just fix the app lol

I wish there was an option to make the fonts. Darker and larger. It very hard to see info

The new app is great , easy to navigate and use.

After every update the app locks you out. So annoying and also Face ID always fails.

Big enough to serve all your needs but local enough to know your name

Very glitchy. Doesn’t work at times and runs slow when trying to make transfers off Wi-Fi even if you have great service
