Had this app for ages and loved reading comments. Now you are half way through a report and suddenly loads of adverts change the page and you have to scroll back to try and find the initial report. Also half the reports don’t allow comments anymore. Have downloaded bbc now instead. Such a shame.
Very, very often the article I am in the middle of reading will inexplicably jump to the very end. I need then to scroll back to find my previous place. This has gone on for many months and persists despite a number of updates. Weird.

I teach app development - have been using the Wales Online app as a case study in how bad an app can be for years. Truly embarrassing. If you worked on this, I literally hate you.
Puzzles still not loading - and are now freezing the app when you try to load them. Raised this with the team weeks ago - still not resolved. I’m paying a subscription for this! Please sort it out. Or better still, get a decent IT team to sort your app. Hi team. The puzzles rarely open if I’m out and about. They open fine on my home wifi, but get stuck downloading on 4 or 5G. Is the issue at your end or mine?! Thanks!

Dont understand why comments are turned off is it a control thing?
I wish I could read an article without it jumping all over the place whilst it loads all the adverts it is so annoying that I often close the app before I finish reading. Reading web articles from Wales Online on a phone is even more annoying and more prone to jumping all over the place. Neither the app or web pages should be so annoying!
On every single page I start reading, when i’m part way through an article, the page jumps down towards ads at the bottom meaning I have to scroll back to the point where I was, which is never easy to find in long articles, which is incredibly frustrating. Probably an attempt to get me to pay money to go ad free, which is a pretty shoddy way to operate.
This app had to be deleted because it constantly caused my phone to freeze. Probably the 100 adverts loading in the background
