The Walk With Me App gives it's subscribers a wealth of content and programs that integrate into all aspects of physical and mental wellbeing. - With programs delivered by some of Australia's elite athletes and performance coaches, this app will provide it's users with everything they need to strengthen their physical and mental fitness.
Walk With Me Australia Ltd is a not-for-profit organisation of elite athletes and coaches giving back to the local community by providing tools on physical and mental fitness. By delivering Community Sessions at local sporting clubs, we guide training providing support on the field, and then hold an off-field session on 5 pillars of physical and mental wellness: Connection, Input, Habits, Movement and Reset (Self-Care). We create a safe environment where athletes can start the conversation on not only physical but mental wellness, and how as a community we can help ourselves and each other.
