The developer, Rob, constantly goes above and beyond to resolve issues big and small. I messaged support with a problem I was having with my subscription. I assumed it would take a week to hear back and that the representative wouldn’t answer my concern and give me a canned answer. Rob actually responded to it himself and messaged me several times to understand what was wrong so he could personally resolve it. From what I understand, it’s a one man show, and he pours everything into trying to make this app the best it can be. He also really cares about making it affordable because some of the alternatives are just not attainable for small teams and solo pet care business owners. Cannot recommend this app highly enough!

This is the best app! This app helps so much with my business. It has everything on there that you need to keep your appointments, organized, and the clients love it as well. It’s reassuring for them seeing when you got there, where are y’all walked, and to get photos of their pets. And it’s priced so reasonable that you’re able to keep the app.

So I have use many other pet care, sitting and dog walking apps like time to Pet, precise pet care, etc. And those are great abs and all but they are very detailed and just convoluted I feel like. However, with this app, it is detailed, but very easy and friendly to use and all of my clients absolutely love it and it’s so user-friendly that I’ve never had one Client have an issue with connecting to the journal or signing up with their access to it. Not only that but the app developer is so awesome and nice and just has amazing Customer Service. Trust me we have tried many other pet sitting apps and this is the best one ever.

So I started using this app when it was in Beta and let me tell you it has come such a long way. I use this app for my pet sitting business and I would choose no other, I searched low to find the right app that would work for my business that would integrate everything I needed it to have and it’s really hard to find one this really hit the mark. I’m an android user and it was forced to use Apple due to it not being available for android at the time but I have no regrets, the developer is awesome he’s on top of everything and it’s always making amazing improvements and he is currently working to make android just as good as Apple so everybody can enjoy. so if you’re looking for a wonderful pet sitting app this is the one

I really like most settings but found that invoices tax or deposit option isn’t on there. It also only works with Apple users and isn’t available for android. Not all my customers have an Apple phone. Makes that an inconvenience. Puts me back on trying to use another platform that includes all.

Rob is an extremely helpful person who offers Support around the clock, always gets back to you if there are any issues, welcomes feedback, and he's just overall the best app developer I've come across because I've never met anyone so dedicated to helping there customers like he does I would highly recommend this app to take care of all of your pet business needs

I love the app. It has everything I need but the problem is people that I assign jobs to do not all have a iPhone. Therefore I have to search for a different app when in need….🥺🥺🥺🥺😞😞😞 Please make this available for all users.

I’ve been using this app for my little side dog walking business for a year and a half now. The app is phenomenal and all my clients love their walk summaries. Very easy to use, always being updated, and customer support is so kind and helpful. I haven’t used the app to its full potential but it really is an all in one with a great free mode and reasonable pricing!
