This must be done 24 hours before the end of a free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and you will be downgraded to the free service.

Attention!!! This app didn’t work anymore because the new updates from whatsapp so don’t lose your money and i send email to support they didn’t reply at all .

I bought the app to find out that it’s not allowing you tracking in case you did not have recent conversations with the individual via your own whatsapp account. It wants you to use your own whatsapp account to do a confirmation step. This new feature is not shown in the screenshots before you pay for it. Therefore, I feel tricked.
