LEGENDARY SUBSCRIPTION

Upon confirmation of purchase, payment will be charged to the user’s iTunes account. Subscriptions are managed by the user and auto-renew can be turned off by visiting the user’s iTunes account settings after the purchase has been made.

Try to play PVP but fail to match making continuously

Hello war comander 6.9.0 not playing in my phon beacuse heng problem plz update
Not a user friendly gaming app
This game was nice few years back but recent chances since last 1.5 years have made the game worst and uninteresting. Aft playing for so long, time to uninstall the same with bitterness due to changes.
No fix to highlighted issues
No fix is provided to the issues which have been highlighted by many players over months. One such issue is PvP match. I have been highlighting this now for months. I have put my concern in your discord channel. I have raised support cases, I have given feedback in your monthly review but still nothing. Your PvP match algorithm doesnt work properly and you know it. There was an update on your website saying a few things related to PvP has been fixed. Not sure what you fixed as I do not see any difference. Let me put the issue clearly once again:- 1. Always get higher bases to battle against in the range of + 5-7. Ideally it should be +- 5 2. Keep getting handful of same bases over and over again when seeking PvP battle. It doesnt matter which day or time I am seeking, isame bases I get. 3. Doesnt matter I win or loose the battle, I keep getting higher level bases. 4. As mentioned in point 2 I keep getting same bases which means I keep attacking the same bases which in one way annoying. Last case I opened with your support two days back and I got same scripted response stating they will pass on the feedback. I have not seen any improvement in the way PvP works in last 1 year. I finally have to write this up as an app review. Can this be fixed???
Need shielding feature for fair game play
I was suppose to give it a five star as i really love the game and its so immersive. But one thing really annoys me is the inability to shield your self. In a long run when you try and accumulate resources to upgrade your base, someone comes in attacks you looting loads of this accumulated resources. How can we ensure that there is a fair game play? Someone who is having higher rank than you is suppose to bully you all the time and if u want to stop it buy options from shop and grow. Thats not done. Kindly do something on releasing such feature.
Game does not start anymore
It keeps on loading and loading and game never starts actually. Earlier it ysed to work but not anymore...

Extra money deducted from my account and promised gold not received, yesterday I order 799 pack to my surprise 1599 also deducted from my credit card along with 799 either refund me the amount or give me 1599 worth gold
