Dear maker of war dragons 🐉 can you fix the bugs in seasons when I try to go to armory it takes me back to the menu in seasons please fix it

So, I got Libertas (an unusually high-tier dragon for an early player) from the Fourth of July event and now all of my dragon missions and PvP battles are at much higher levels/tiers than I can manage. Fortunately, this doesn’t affect affect the other players in the war menu. Overall, great game, but I’d like to see either season dragons excluded from the calculations for dragon missions and PvP or have PvP and missions scaled by player level instead of highest tier dragon you have.

This game was once awesome but now there are sooooo many issues in the game its hard to play. It constantly crashes, resources go missing and the zen desk very rarely can help you with anything. Also, the game is really headed toward taking as much money from you as possible and not giving you much for it. Greed has took over and made it not as enjoyable as it once was. Go ahead and pass up on this game.

Greedy developers who advertise a real-time combat game that isn’t real-time. Even after years of player complaints, the developers can’t seem to make a functional game. Trying to join a large battle? You can expect to be stuck unable to do anything and then suddenly die to an attacker when you you were never notified you were even under attack.

Re installed after a few years tried going through the tutorial again and the game instantly crashed

I love this game but there’s a lot of lag issues

Lots of bugs and technical issues have made this game less enjoyable over time. I have played for 7.5 years and it has had some issues. PG has now outsourced its technical support and that has decreased the quality of the customer experience. They also show no interest in solving long term programming issues. There have also been some fixable structural problems that allowed bullying behavior. This has caused a number of players to quit over time. It’s a real shame because at its core this is a fabulous game with lots of potential to grow, but PG didn’t care to put in the effort.

This game had been SO entertaining for me! Let me list a few of the qualities of the game that I love. 1. Customer service: when I have a problem with the game, I contact the creators and BAM! They respond in 2 seconds! I’ve downloaded plenty of games where the creators take almost 2 months to lift a finger for you. 2. Attention to detail: the tiny details make the game perfect! Like whales jumping in the ocean, or when you attack ships that are in the side during a battle! Or when you are viewing your dragons they do theese actions while you are veiwing them like scraping their claws or something like that. 3: not too hard, not too easy: at the start when you are playing, it’s not like the easiest thing in the world, it’s good for your level and as you level up, the battles get harder for your level (sorry that might be confusing but if you understand, yay). 4. Different things to do: you don’t just battle, you can participate in events, breed dragons, complete quests, make a base, build, and so much more! 5. Different dragons: there is so much diversity of dragons! And it’s not just fire breathing dragons breathing fire and destroying bases, you can get dragons that cast spells, or ones that can get mega strong in a couple seconds, or be invulnerable to anything! Overall, I love the game and is entertaining for me and I think if you downloaded it too, you would enjoy it just as much as me! I’ve played for many years and it has always kept my interest. Weekly events and new dragons are great! Recommend this game to anyone.

was a really fun game until i got stuck with a pop up that reads "there's a new version, check back soon". now i can't play at all and this 'new version' has been in the works for about a year now, even though the developers have released app updates within the past couple months. how irritating.
