You don’t reply to my email!! No support!
Everyone should think 1000 times before spending money on your your server fully of bugs ! I got a cut at my credit cards 3 times the monthly cards box by your system mistake and you refuse even to reply my email !!! I pay it 3 times by your mistake from server and you refuse to got me my gems or reply to my email ... You got the payment of 900 gems with its rewards a 90 days 100 gems everyday for 3 months and you even not reply to my emails!!! This is not professional!!! Your system is buggy.

Don’t but their daily packs… It’s a Scam
Bought a few daily packs to get some promotion orders to upgrade generals but I didn’t have enough copper yet… so I didn’t use any yet… well I had over 1000 of them and now I have 439 … items disappear… Customer service is awful, rude and not helpful at all… Apple needs to ban this game for fraud…

Amazing game
I love how you have so much control of your troops. It helps when you can have a formation. Not very important but still nice is that it gives you a character and preset name.

I also loss today along with 13,000 skutterudite about 2,500 meteorite Isent email on the first loss but today after losing more items that has taken me a lot of months and time to consume I really about done. I love the game and on spending over USA $70.00 plus a month. I am having hard time also getting some to explain how to get new password for that i purchased a new iphone and forgot password. So for like 5 months that i can not use new phone. Every time i have purchase problem they want proof of purchase from everyone but paypal. i also can not move base from one location to another even with right adv. relocation order which have spent gold i do not know how many times. Please contact me if interested in keeping a player that loves the game. August 15, 2021
Horrible unless you spend big money
Game is horrible for players who don’t spend big money. The devs as in most games are greedy..but as long as there are players willing to spend big the devs could care less about the little “ guy” Game is no longer fun. I am done and will not come back to it.
