Had issues with the starter pack, and instead of giving out the item, support asks you to sort it out yourself with apple after 72h! Never heard of a digital service that has 72h delivery… Cons: Scammy purchases, looks like p2w Support does not help at all (see similar experiences in reddit)
It’s very nice and fun strategy game and easy to learn. However, I tried purchasing a starter pack, but received nothing. There is no support to ask for refund as support page redirects to data privacy page. Avoid making purchases.

Fun game.. when it works. This game has always several issues after updates. Quality control and optimization of patches seems to be very poor and at current state i can't recommend this game.

The game is nowdays very buggy, it was great before. RAID doesn`t work after Cenarion and I wish that I can play that with random people as my Alliance is not very active.
This game has improved since it was first released with changes adding fixes and new content. Some of this aforementioned new content is annoying to complete. An example is the Cenarion Festival weekly quest modifier, which forces you to play a bad collection of minis with almost no talents. Usually quests can be beat easily in a few minutes time with a well balanced team, but this new modifier ruins the experience and does not feel fun. Feels like 50% Skinner box designed to make whales part with the money and 50% like a blizz reskin of a certain popular mobile game *couch* royale *cough*
Game is fun to play even though my device heats up, battery drains, and framerate drops after subsequent battles. Also, loading times are ridiculously long. Both at launch and before a battle. Seems like performance issues are getting worse on every feature update. Please hunt down the memory leaks before implementing more features!
