Great game

Amazing game proves true to Warhammer lore my only problem is that when you disconnect from the survey it counts it as a loss apart from that amazing game keep up the good work

Geared towards spending (obviously)

Not a bad game mechanically but not loads of fun for a newbie as after the initial training that gifts you two “starter” decks the grind is VERY real. The in app purchases are pretty steep for what you get too.

Horus Hersey legion review

It’s fun and it has a great gameplay and some good lore and I love it also you feel the characters when they say the quotes and fantastic words of inspiration it really puts me in this universe and setting of Horus Hersey. 4.5stars 9/10 great game.

Good but sneaky business

Great game but occasionally you are prompted wether you would rate the game 1-4stars or 5stars and asks you to rate the game if you answer 5 stars

New update needs some balancing

I love the game. But in the new event the iron hands can just stack abilities just giving shield over and over again making it really hard to get any enemy units out of play especially when it’s the emperors children because they are based around staying in play for a long time. All in all it’s a great game but the new update is really annoying.

Broken

Boxes give you useless cards, most of the new warlords are now broken and if you pay to win, you’ll have cards that cannot be beaten. Tired of being a punching bag trying to grind for the low chance at getting any good cards (I cannot explain how many times I get the same cards in boxes and the gems are useless cause you never end up getting the chance to buy cards for the deck you’re trying to build).And to make it all worse they’ve basically emasculated old players by disallowing most of the old warlords so now if you want to use your old decks to play you can but without any benefits of doing so (no ranked play). Will not pay a penny to win at this game and advise you all don’t either.

Ridiculous

Sit through and follow the tutorial that’s fine. Haven’t won a single match since, even against easy bots, get absolutely whooped, every card you get the enemy draws a higher hitter, get mullered every time. Tried the campaign can’t get passed level 3, enemy has every time “randomly” drawn a card that boosts attack to 5, three attacks later dead lol start again

Why?

Loved this game before the ‘Shadow of the Warmaster’ update, literally not a single change that was good. 1. Daily quests were a feature prior, with the fun gimmick that you could tailor rewards for a specific faction allowing you to build up a deck of your choice, replaced with a generic battle pass - because money, yay. 2. Suddenly half the characters become useless as they are relegated to a ‘legacy’ game mode where there’s no point playing because it doesn’t effect your rank. 3. Making many Son’s of Horus cards unplayable outside of legacy, including the Warmaster himself, if you had him, you’re out of luck cause you have to get a new one. TlDr: a big mess that only serves to push a money hungry battle pass.

Sons of Horus now ruined 😭

Played the game for years, using sons of Horus as my speartip… update has changed all of my decks to useless, have to restart from scratch. Quite saddening… Probably going to stop playing now. Hope it works for most others.
