One of the softest heating blankets I’ve ever had and you can’t feel the cords which is awesome! Purchased for Christmas worked great for a couple months then died. Contacted Customer Service and they were very helpful with tips and eventually sent me a whole new blanket which I greatly appreciated! Got it, hooked it up and worked great - for 1 week… now I can’t get the blanket to connect to the app.🤬 I don’t understand why they can’t just use Bluetooth instead of the 2.4!!! ALSO, I wish there was a MANUAL way of turning it on as well as the mobile way. That would probably help your reviews quite a bit because customers could at least still use the blanket if the app isn’t working and not feel like they wasted 200$!! Now because there isn’t I have a (another) nice blanket that is basically just a regular blanket with a cord that doesn’t get warm! 😔😠

App never worked Now blanket doesn’t even heat up!

This is the best blanket on the market. Being able to control the temperature from an app on your phone is one of the best features you can have.

This is an amazing blanket! I’m loving how I can tell Alexa to turn on my blanket from my living room before I get into my bed.

The App doesn’t stay connected to Wi-Fi. The blanket never heats up because the connection moves between connected to disconnected so quickly. Worst purchase and worst app ever!

Constantly disconnects, blanket has never stayed connected to wifi long enough to even start to heat up. Horrible product.
