Okay Overall
I like the rest intervals between sets. The 2 min timer is actually about 2 seconds but I work around that. Many of the recipes are very good! Unfortunately the shopping list leaves off several ingredients and while the recipe may read for multiple servings, the ingredient list seems to be for a single serving. Where are the options for menopausal women? As a recovering athlete, I continue to push beyond limits when following the exercises which leads to higher cortisol levels. Is there a plan to include WB4 in this app? Specific ore work is missing as well.
