Much more than a simple idle game
On one hand it is a idle game: you gain money and armies over time. With armies you conquer territories. Groups of territories can increase your cash income. Some territories contain army camps which increase your army production. Some territories contain mines which produce one or more of more then a dozen resources. Some territories contain smelters that can smelt ingots with resource ore. Some territories contain crafters which craft items with ingots. Ingots and items are used for research. Research gives you various advantages (more income, more armies, faster production, etc). (And it’s not over: territories can contain hospitals, which save some armies in attacks, smelting and crafting recipes, caches of money, armies and resources, and even arenas, where to play strategy PvP minigames of warlight to gather armies, money and resources…) On the other hand it is much more than a simple idle game. There’s strategy in choosing which territories to conquer first; strategy in setting priorities between research, money, and armies; strategy in choosing where to invest money (upgrade hospitals? Army camps? Mines? Buy resources or mercenaries? Etc) Last but not least, it is not endless. Each level is different, and has an end. Once a level is over, you gain points that you can spend in campaign-wide advantages, on subsequent levels. You can also replay older levels and still gain a reduced amount of points… I am sure I have forgotten some features. What I hope is that my enthusiasm is manifest, and you give the game a try. And if you like it, reward Fizzer, the amazing man behind this, with some in-game item purchase: because boy! He deserves it!
