Love this app. Super easy to set up and use. Lets me know when laundry is done. Awesome!

Machines are always malfunctioning and when you try to get a refund their response is “ you’ve exceeded your limit”

I like the wash app

It is so convenient to be able to wash and dry clothes using the app on a prepaid basis! One little nag: the hotel sells powder detergent when the sign says “Donot use powder!” There should be a larger sign because powder, for a short time, caused clogging, but a technician promptly came and fixed it!

I love that I can retreat to my apartment and follow the progress on my phone. Really good system

App is straightforward and easy to use once you familiarize yourself with each feature. A breeze!

Terrible service, broken machines, steels money and will only refund by phone, machines dirty, app full of glitches. This is just a way to steel more money

Has issues connecting to the machines sometimes when checking on time

I really enjoy using the app considering there’s a shortage of coins. I have an issue with extending time whilst drying that requires me to interact with both mobile and dryer to add 1.00 or 4 different interactions can be extremely frustrating especially when the app is on the fritz. It would be great if I can manually input a set amount to extend by. A monthly subscription would be a nice addition to consider. Please allow a lower denomination to load using your debt car to $5 or even lower.
