Washington's Lottery

When you create an app that no one can sign into or use in any way. Why is this app even available? Thanks for wasting everyone’s time.

After the March 11-17 2024 update, it looks pretty and has some improvements but reliability has gone downhill, along with a lack of responsiveness when doing certain navigation actions (like using the back arrow in the upper left). I have several tickets that I need to scan and enter into the Lottery 360. However I have faced log-in problems and ‘server down’ messages for about 75% of the time. I miss the ‘next drawing’ info that was listed on the home page next to the lottery drawing amounts. The tables that list the number of tickets that have won certain amounts is cut off at the bottom (powerball is the worst) and has a clunkier appearance than before. I do appreciate the option of being able to see more than 10 drawings worth of winning numbers (because sometimes you find an older ticket in a coat pocket) and that the Lotto info page has a link to the table that shows how much is paid out before/after taxes if you win the jackpot. Edit to downgrade the stars from 3 to 1: I have had problems logging on and resetting passwords. The tickets scan just fine most of the time and I can confirm whether I won anything. However, to log on and accumulate points on the 360 program is getting incredibly frustrating. A good password does not get accepted, or the server is down, or the password gets updated but then the website or app doesn’t accept the new password, or then when it is accepted, there’s an error. I dread using this app, not knowing if it will work or if I will waste more time in my life trying to fix the problem or work around the app. It’s July now and these problems should be fixed by now.

Every time I try to scan a lottery ticket or scratch off it tells me the server is down or can’t be reached. For a company that handles billions of dollars you’d think they would upgrade their servers or something. It’s kinda pitiful.

The scan on this app is unusable! Checking the PowerBall and Mega Millions is so cumbersome, I’ve stopped buying them. Please fix your app, it is an integral part of enjoying the games!

Scanning tickets especially the scratch tickets is over half the time doesn’t work

Ticket scanner never works. Worthless app

I have IPhone 15 pro max, after this app upgraded, I have very hard time to scan. 1. Too much light, can’t scan as the ticket’s reflection. 2. Have to adjust ticket’s back and forth, doesn’t matter if your eyes can see the bar code very clearly. 3. The app scan screen way too big, user has hard time to make a focus or centralize. The older version is way way better.

I have never had an app be unable to scan a ticket after repeated updates. I would rather go through self checkout in Walmart at least those scanners work.

This app has been absolutely terrible since the update. They did an update with it a few months ago and the scanner on it doesn’t work. You might be able to scan one ticket and then you’re done most the time you can’t even do that be aware of this issue, they need to go back to what they had before a refund and whoever redesigned this thing for him because it’s awful.
