I ordered shoe repair but unfortunately it was far below from my expectations. They charged my card before informing me repair order. After doing min work they called me to charge more amount. Anyways it was disappointing experience, I asked them to return my shoes without doing any further repair. Overall it was worst experience! Hopefully they credit back to card! Mansoor

They will damage all your clothes with qr codes they sew. Stay away from this if you don't want you clothes to be damaged

Downloaded App. Placed my first order. Received several messages that the driver is delaying (11 PM instead of 11AM). Canceled the order. Gave another chance and placed new order. The story repeated.

You give them a sweater to clean, they bring it back with ink stains and faded color. Save yourselves the trouble and do not use Washmen.

Not worth it. Very complicated and not really automated app. Always have to talk to a person.

Delivery was one hour late, charge extra for a time slot but they eventually missed it. They Didnt bother informing or calling

They got everything wrong! They didn’t return my shoes. They overcharged me very badly when they ironed all my gym gear, underwear and socks, which I did not ask them to do. Then they offered me AED 75 compensation which I declined. I gave them 3 separate bags. They got them mixed up, and there were so many problems. They failed to find my hotel for 2 days before I left dubai without my shoes. It was a time-consuming, painful and very expensive experience and I cannot recommend this service.

75-100AED for shoe wash. Are you kidding me. A new shoe comes in that range

I downloaded the app to experience a professional way pf doing the laundry, instead i dealt a very bad service were the driver was late both times and my clothes was not ironed in the way they said, it was really bad.
