Great app but one issue is the trainer takes hours to reply. I bought the 12 week program but I haven’t been able to start it due to the trainer not replying

such a good app it had a wide range of clear and elite sessions and exercises.

WASH has been brilliant. Absolutely loved my experience to this point, it’s been truely life changing. Without this app I really don’t know if I would have had these results so I’m so glad I got on board!!

I’ve been using this app for about 6 weeks. I started off the season playing ok footy…but since using the conditioning workouts, running sessions and having contact with one of the coaches-I’ve been BOG like 2 weeks in a row and feel so confident in my body. Now I’m looking through all of the recipes (there are sooo many) and writing a shopping list for Mum so that I can get my food right-so then I’ll be an ever better footy player. I’m in U15s and have told so many of my mates about this app…but maybe I should keep it secret so they don’t get as good as me!

This app is creating an opportunity to change the rest of my life. I am finding it very motivational as I track various activities. We are only getting started too!!
