Apartment is listed in the app. And when we inquiry it is not available.

The listing is not at all available. You go through whole process then crashes. No backend maintenance and not user acceptance testing

Cannot define the purpose of this app. If we are creating one service request, no action will be taken and nobody will contact back. And can see after couple of weeks, the ticket will be closed without any confirmation.

App is more designed for themselves rather than customers. Pathetic!
