I subscribed for a month and then forgot to cancel as I was returning to Australia. There was no roll over reminder and not even a receipt or confirmation of a new subscription, very sneaky and sinister. Even asked to compromise and drop me to a one off weekly subscription, no. No real subscription company operates like this anymore. They will not reply to email and when they do it is a cut and paste job, talk about zero respect for the customer. Trust me - just buy a vpn, these guys don’t respect you so why bother doing the right thing.

We were only overseas for 1 week, so trying to cancel the subscription is near impossible. They keep charging and charging your account. Be careful before you subscribe

For the amount of money it’s costs compared to the service the provide. Is just about the worse I have ever experienced. The AFL should be ashamed they have their brand name associated with this disastrous app

Can’t turn off subtitles, rather frustrating. Streaming quality has been fine but this has been an issue for quite a while now that hopefully developers can provide an update for soon.

Logged in, home screen and match screen are totally blank. Only instructions for troubleshooting on the website are for muppets eg delete the app and reinstall. This app has been around long enough and is connected to an expensive pay-to-watch service. What possible excuse could you have for not getting the basics right? I've missed the game now.

Haven’t been able to watch anything for days now. No response to emails. Missing games after paying $200. If the AFL wants to promote the game at all then maybe making a decent app so you can actually watch games would be a high priority. Not good enough

When watching games now (on any device) there are forced subtitles in the top left corner of the screen which obscure the score. I contacted them about this and usual received no response. Will not be renewing.

Most pathetic app. Crashes all the time. afl charging overseas subscribers $45 per month is criminal. Can’t even watch the game without constant crushes.

I have super high speed internet here in Europe, speed we could only dream about in Australia, yet constantly the image when casting is terrible quality, and they have taken away the little icon they use to have which could choose to stay in HD. There is now no option. When you write to them about it, they don’t even bother to respond. Also when it is a live game and you watch from the start it does not save your spot and you can’t fast forward so if you leave the game and return it keeps sending you you back to the game preview an hour earlier, this is until the live game is over by two hours. We should be able to download the app directly to google tv or apple but they don’t have that option so you are forced to use chromecast from the phone. Terrible, shoddy, unprofessional app, run by a very unprofessional run league administration. Yet it cost me $200 a year. They need to stop monopolising this and bring in outside companies that know what they are doing.

Just recently, subtitles have been added, so over the screen we have subtitles of what the commentators are saying. It’s annoying, it covers the score or is covers the actual action of the game. There is no option to turn it off. It makes it unwatchable at time.
