Thought of it might have been me, my payment, or anything else… I even gave them the benefit of the doubt. I even paid for premium twice. (Yes, silly me) I received a generic communication for each time I contacted them but no other support or resolution or refund. It has been over two weeks and I still do not have premium access. I cannot understand how it is rated so highly when this appears to be one BIG SCAM.
I wanted to purchase the premium package which is advertised at $22.99 for the year. Once you click on the link to buy, it then show $67.95 to purchase. This is absolutely disgusting shady practices. Many other watch face apps that are much cheaper and don’t try to rip their customers off. Shame on you😡🤬
Tried some faces on Apple Watch SE and none of them worked. Don’t bother subscribing
The app does not work, you pay for a blank screen.
This app is completely broken. Every single watch face comes through on the watch as plain Meridian. I want a refund!
Website implies that some watch faces are only available if you have premium. But the App won’t let you do anything unless you subscribe to a Premium account.
These look great, but they fail to update frequently enough. Could be an Apple thing but I'm forever re-opening Facer to get things to display.
Complications (heart rate, weather & steps) for watch faces never work, even with premium. From what I’ve read online, these complications can only be updated every 15 mins on a third party app as opposed to ‘on the fly’ with native Apple faces.
Says it’s free but the first thing that comes up after opening the app is it asking for you to pay for premium and you only get about 10 free “faces” that all look bad and the rest you have to pay a subscription, scam
No images load. I spent money on premium and I can’t see a single watch face…wtf???
