1- App doesn’t have subtitles option. 2- App keeps buffering even internet connection is fully functioning. 3- Although subscriptions are fairly expensive, the show’s visual quality jumps from good to bad and vice versa. 4- choosing a season to watch is challenging as it keeps bouncing back to season one regardless what to choose. 5- customers service doesn’t respond at all, keep emailing that they will respond shortly but never actually responded. Please fix
Can’t stop my automatic montlly subscription renewal … trying to stop it since Ramadan!!!!
It’s a pretty good app, almost like the Egyptian version of Netflix but with actual good shows. 2 things though are I wish there were English subtitles on every show so that they can be more international and so that my English speaking friends can watch and understand them. The ads can be very repetitive and frequent. 4/5
The worst app ever I joined a month ago and was showing 6 ads per 1 series then 2 weeks after they doubled the ads to 12 ads per series now showing 15 ads they’re trying to force me to upgrade the subs which will cost 14.99$ in Australian dollar more then Shahid which is much better than this and close to Netflix? Plus a lot of problems specially when using it on a smart Tv I have one week left for my subscription if they don’t reduce the ads back to 6 per series or even less I won’t be renewing, the amount of ads they have should be free to watch just like egybest .
Paid the monthly subscription and then it won’t let me login or make an account. Keeps saying login to an old account which I don’t know what it is. Extremely disappointed with the way this app works. Takes your money without providing a service

I paid for 1 year subscription haven’t even enjoyed to watch one single movie full of advertisements before the movies start very bad quality I don’t recommend purchasing this app its just waste of money
I have never had these annoying many advs. that I have to wait for to watch on any watching app, and if I found that I need to change it to the next episode, I will have to watch advs. again, so ridiculous
