I purchased a new wifi module and register it under my account, after doing that the device disappeared from my device list and i cant see it anymore or access it, now am locked where I cannot reuse the device and cannot delte it coz I cant see it… faulty app

The graphic regarding the battery is always indicating that the battery will be charged even the current is drawn out of the battery. Would be great if the programmer wil include this in the next update

Any form of communication from your side due to the fact that i cannot remember my username to reset my password even if i create or try to create a new account. Any assistance from your side will be much appreciated.

App works great and has plenty features

Don’t waste your time ,I have tried multiple times ,even my inverter support team guiding me ..even they could not get it to connect to WiFi

There is no notification 1. When no power, 2. Power restored, 3. Battery Low

I do not receive any notifications on iphone but do receive on Samsung‼️‼️

I have installed WatchPower to monitor my equipment. The power tripped and my app only showed the trip 9 mins later after it occurred and me having to refresh every minute. Is there no way it can alert us when the power trips. Perhaps an alarm on the app to send me a message when the output os to high or when the power trips or when it moves over to my solar etc. Thanks

This is an absolute waste of time as an app. Never online and if you are lucky it connects once every 10-14 days to the Kodak Inverter. Don’t waste your time with it.

The developer should please do an module for using lithium batteries. App has lots of potential…
