Crashes
I like using this app, but for the past week or so, it has been crashing every time I try to enter something I’ve watched. Very disappointing.

Watcht is a Movie and TV Show Information & Tracking App powered by Trakt.tv.
You can browse information without a Trakt account, however you will need one to sync and update your watch history, watch list, and ratings etc. Using a Trakt account means that all your history is available on all your devices with Trakt access, including available on Trakt.tv on the web.
Some things of note that you can do:
• Explore lists of Trending, Popular etc. Movies and TV Shows.
• Search for Movies, TV Shows, Episodes, Lists and People.
• Access Movie and TV Show information, ratings, and comments.
• Keep a Watch List of Movies and TV Shows to watch.
• Mark Movies and TV Shows as watched.
• Check in to Movies and TV Show episodes.
• Schedule a Check in reminder for Movies.
• Keep track of which episodes to watch next.
• View your Movie and TV Show history.
• Comment on Movies, TV Shows, Seasons, Episodes, and Lists.
• Create, edit, view and manage Custom Lists of Movies, TV Shows & People.
• Access a calendar of Movie and Episode release/air dates.
• Get notified about upcoming Episodes in your Calendar.
• View a list of recommended Movies and TV Shows.
• Choose from Dark, Pure Black, Light, or Original Themes, including system Dark Mode support.
• Choose from a few alternative App Icons colours.
• Import some information from IMDb.
• Basic Trakt API translation support for Movies and Shows.
Please note that Watcht allows you to view information, however you can not actually watch the Movies or TV Show episodes within the app.

Love the app but I think there is something that was missed
I love the app! However I noticed that recently, when you click the “watched” button (check-mark in a square icon), it will record that you watched it on its release date vs adding that you watch it today or whenever you click the button. You can get around this by holding the icon to reveal more options like “add to date” or “add now” but I believe it used to automatically add to todays date. I am unsure if the change made is intentional or accidental but it does cause confusion when trying to find the show in your recents history but it doesn’t look like it’s there when it really is but just not under the date you watched it.
Solid app BUT...
I’ve used this app for years now and it’s been wonderful. However, update 1.17.3 broke compatibility for iOS 12.5.3 (crashes on launch) so for anyone using an older device, you might want to refrain updating for now.
Absolutely the best app I’ve used for trakt
I love this app!! And unexpectedly saw an update after 3 years. I’m glad this app is still being taken care of, it’s my most used
App Crashing
The most recent update to fix crashes on IOS 17 now causes my app to crash on IOS 17. Tried restarting phone and logging in again and still crashes constantly. Using the official Trakt app for now.
Great service
This is a great app however it have not been updated since 2020. This means as your phone gets updates more bugs are going to be showing up.
Very good UI … but consistent sync issues with Trakt for a long time
Every few days at least something marked as watched is no longer listed as watched. I’ve reported it numerous times over the past year and a half. Each time the developer indicates they are working on it or suggests I sign out and back in. It never seems to be addressed. Trakt website is fine … so it’s not Trakt. It’s the sync between Watcht and Trakt.
Shows show multiple times for same day
It shows the same show multiple times. In my case the is listed 5 times
Used to be fantastic, is very broken currently
I hope the app developer gets on making the minor changes needed for this app to work again. The UI is fantastic and I’ll be very sad to have to use another.
Stopped working
No longer works, won’t load or track.
