Setting up the app for the first time only takes a few steps:
1. Open the app on your Apple Watch, and choose Pairing mode or Cloud mode.
2. Open the app on your Apple Watch, and choose Phone Number Login or QR code login.
3. Open WhatsApp on your paired iPhone.
4. In WhatsApp on your iPhone, go to [Settings] > [Linked Devices] > [Link a Device].
5. Login with your phone number or by scanning the QR code on the WatchTalk app on your Apple Watch using the WhatsApp app on your iPhone.
After that, you can use WhatsApp on your wrist.

This app provides free WhatsApp messaging on my Apple Watch. Also, I can watch & listen videos, pictures, and voice messages on watch. Recommended.
