So, I'm guessing this app was provided free of charge by someone doing a sixth form project. If you value you're sanity, avoid it...
I’m unable to use the app properly at all and it’s making my trip to the hotel difficult to manage. Thankfully the staff have been attentive via email and phone. The app really needs to be fixed.
Honestly, just delete the app. It’s infuriating to log in, with many “password does not match” messages when you know the password. No option to actually tester the password. After eventually getting in, I tried to make a massage booking … turns out I needed to call them. Super irritating and a bad reflection on the hotel brand.
Given the cost of starting at the hotel and amazing service in the hotel they have definitely dropped the ball with this app. We stay regularly and love Watergate Bay but trying to use this app is painful and annoying. Fix it or ditch it!
Having used the app to access and complete the requested pre-arrival form, I can no longer get to my confirmed booking. All I can see on the app’s menus are ways to make new restaurant and room bookings. I’ve never been to Watergate Bay hotel before and this experience does not fill me with delighted anticipation. Let’s hope everything is much better IRL.
Such a poorly executed app. - Constantly crashes - content poor eg faqs limited - majority of links take u back to website - navigation poor and not user friendly There is so much opportunity to do this better and provide a more seamless customer experience. Considering u drive all ur customers to this app it would be beneficial to invest in ur digital team and defiantly get some customer research! This doesn’t work
Once you open a page you can’t close it! Apparently I have to use the app to book breakfast and room set up 😃
This app is terrible. Booking cause the app to crash It doesn’t integrate with user accounts on the phone and won’t remember your username password. And it won’t let you change your password but gives no reason other than Failed.
The app constantly glitches, its not intuitive, won’t allow me to reset my password but doesn’t tell me why, I just get the ‘password reset failed’ message….have I entered too many or too little characters? Have I used the wrong characters? Who knows?! Watergate Bay is one on my fav hotels & I would expect a better app experience if this is what they would like you to use to manage your bookings.
