Don’t bother 🤝

I was told Waves is awesome for car wash, but I will never use it unless this App is reworked. I don’t know if their employees actually tested the app at all on an iPhone… The user interface is clunky and unresponsive, and simply doesn’t work at multiple places.

Really clunky old outdated app. Slow to set up, authorising payment takes ages or doesn’t work at all. Also you don’t really need to have payment card anyway!! Just turn up. Don’t waste a breath on this app

App is poor, doesn’t work properly, hard to navigate, literally not worth having, it’s a no from me

Registration is incredibly difficult. The app continually crashes and requires lots and lots of personal information and bank details. I only want to wash my car!! When it updates, information is lost. Totally useless.

After a very long winded sign up it just doesn’t work wouldn’t bother with this app save your time.should be 0 stars

The app is buggy as hell

What an awful, awful app. It doesn’t render on the app properly so navigational components block the sign up page. Have to verify an email, phone number and card before you can book a place. Card validation failed and that was the straw that broke the camels back. Would have loved this to work as there’s a Waves at my local Tesco. But I’d rather get cash out for a further car wash than have to try using this app again.

App doesn’t work just loading screen indefinitely which is annoying as I wanted to book as the guys at my local are very good

The app just doesn’t work - tried to book a car wash but only get the loading symbol indefinitely… As others have said, the registration process is horrendous too!
