After decent business to way.com for airport parking, recently i had horrible experience with a reservation done via way.com. They took zero responsibility for an unverified and fraudulent parking garage. No way I am booking again with WAY

Booked parking in NYC through the app. got there and the garage is full so they didn’t hold a Way reservation. Had to park in closest garage for over double the price on the day. Way then refused to refund the difference - not a great experience
On 12/28/2024, I booked with the Way app/company for next day parking in a long term airport parking lot: “Orange MCO Airport Parking (Formerly BMI Smart MCO).” On 12/29/2024 I arrived on time for my 3am check-in, per the address provided on the booking website, and the pictures on the website looked nothing like the actual lot which was under construction. No where on the booking website was it indicated that the lot was under construction (otherwise I would have booked at a different lot). I waited for over 25 minutes to get into the lot — it was so congested with parked cars (that no one was in), but needed to leave so I would not miss my flight. I immediately called and messaged using the customer service contact information provided on the Ways booking website, and while customer service agents were prompt to respond, they both recited that they “could not” help me with a refund. (They could, they just WOULD not). I reported this experience to the Better Business Bureau as a complaint, all I am asking for is my money back for a parking spot my vehicle never accessed nor had access to. I will gladly remove the negative review of the company wore with me for a full refund. Otherwise, please take this as a MAJOR red flag and DO NOT do business with this company / through this app. It’s not worth it and you truly cannot trust what they advertise and show on their booking website.
