ستقوم إدارة المدرسة بالتحكم في خطوط الحافلات وتتبعها ، ومعرفة موعد خروج الباص من المدرسة وموعد الوصول عند كل ولي أمر وكم مدة الانتظار ومتى تم التحرك من الموقع للطالب التالي وموعد الوصول الي المدرسة . ويسهل علي المشرف في تسجيل جميع حالات الطلاب وحضورهم وغيابهم و يساعد أولياء الأمور على تتبع أطفالهم و معرفة جميع الحالات الخاصة بابنائهم في حال اقتراب الباص من المنزل او وصولهم الي المدرسة أو خروجهم من المدرسة او وصولهم الي المنزل او اقتراب الباص من المنزل او غيابهم مما يرفع عامل الضغط بالاتصالات المستمرة بالاشراف خلال الرحلة المدرسية اليوميه .
