Doesn’t work on my iPhone.

This app is a disgrace to the Wellington library and anyone involved. It’s horribly slow. The login mechanism is outdated and painful. And all of this assuming the app actually works - currently it returns a network error and 40 other apps running on my phone have no such problem. Wellington Library, please get a proper app and don’t use this boopsie piece of rubbish.

Like our NZ weather app, WCL Mini has stopped working for days now. Can’t these developers get their act together?

Having an app which redirects the user to a web page, which requires another login is design arrogance at best, an laziness at worst. Its OK as a temporary solution to an issue, this has taken far to long to fix.

The current version requires a login every time you open it using the rather long library card number. There is not much point in having an app if you need to fish your library card out of your wallet every time you wish to use it.

Please update the login authentication to support the new pin login that came out Nov 2019 so we can keep using this app. Great app for the features. Not too quick but eventually gets there. Use it all the time. Would be great to redo as a more responsive native app.

I can no longer use this app on my iPhone as it is not compatible with the latest iOS (11) upgrade. Please update this app to be compatible with the latest OS.

Great app, the search tool is great but it would be even better if there was an option to add books that I like the look of to a favourites/saved tab or similar for easy access. That way when I visit the library I can access my list so I can recall titles/authors to look for when I visit the library, as right now all you can do is email the title.
