The app is doesn’t work. Before you enter your password try hitting the forgot password link and you’ll quickly find out this app is trash.

It doesn’t work , can’t access the app …it keeps asking for email and password and doesn’t let you in, piece of crap useless

User name and password always says it can’t be found. Won’t work. Won’t reset. ☹️👎🏼

Even though I use the correct email and password (because I checked three times), it says the email and password do not match. So this is a piece of crap app.

This is a crap app and I want my money back

App is un-useful. I know that I have input my username and password correctly. However I am told repeatedly that it is incorrect. When I select the option for “Forgot password”, the app takes me to a blank screen.

This app appears to be lost when you select “forgot password”, nothing happens. And customer support via the WD website is piss poor. No response from WD although one gets an email confirmation that the issue will be resolved soon. I waited for 2 weeks with a couple more inquiries.
