I had an issue with my meter on a Sunday evening and I was able to use the app to contact the emergency line, report the issue and get a service call within the hour. The technician resolved the issue quickly and was polite and helpful.

I like the app but i think is broken or something, i paid my bills and is still saying my service is still disconnected
Since the latest iOS update, you can no longer view your bill in the app, it just gives an error message “Oops, it looks like something went wrong”. At least it will still take my money, until that breaks, too.
I would give you five stars if there was a chat feature that included speaking with someone about different questions that you have about your bill or making payments or anything to that effect!
