Very good CRM
Excellent design. Better than Redtail and light years ahead of Salesforce. Support a bit uppity about requests of some accessibility items. WBX defend your brand! Several apps using versions/colors of your logo and the WealthBox name.

Kicks Salesforce butt!
Could be better
I checked out Capsule (they are a new CRM )that’s pretty basic but they’re interface and layout is fantastic. Wealthbox is much richer and robust but the layout is not as intuitive and I can’t even find settings to increase something as basic as the font size. On the app, it is so tiny you can barely read it. With a few minor tweaks, I think it could be one of the best out there.

Really appreciate the flexibility and ease of use. We have a new hire joining and I know that he’ll be able to get up to speed very quickly.
