Why do i have to face so much problems while connecting to Apple I phone 13 pro max. Everytime i search my watch it doesn’t seem to connect. I tried every possible way of forgetting the device in bluetooth and tried reconnecting again from the app but it still cant connect. Seriously never expected such a simple blunder from This App.

I’m trying to download the app but it won’t download but every other app I want to download works. What’s going on? Fix your ish!

My watches drains my battery.. no idea why all I can see from the app is “miscellaneous “ there is no information there. You can’t do anything with this app.

This update provides amazing new features, especially for left-handed people, however it continuous to fail to connect to a TAG HEUER. Did not have the same issue with the previous version of the App.

Slow and really hard to connect to your phone.

I am not sure if it’s different from watch to watch but there are very few tiles and faces available. No updates to tiles or faces. Customisable tiles and faces would suffice but at the moment we are unable to take advantage of our watches and what wear is is capable of.

I downloaded this app and it was working fine until apple updated to IOS16 now I have a watch that doesn’t work

The software has intermittent bluetooth connectivity issues. The solution is to delete the software and download it again and again and again. Get your act together developers software needs to be reliable and seamless. very poor.

Bet u wish u saw these reviews before buying a watch that needs this application to work! So convoluted to sync with the watch!
