Constant lagging

Like other people have already said - I have downloaded the app and set up, but as soon as you open the app, it lags and doesn’t let you click anything, as it all appears to be frozen.

Broken?

Just downloaded and signed up, but when I open the app I am stuck on the initial Home Screen and unable to do anything, not go to the next video, go to my profile. Nothing responds.

Can’t contact and can’t get paid

I made a PayPal transfer about a week ago and no confirmation and no sight of my money. Tried to contact them but it just comes up with an error saying I need to add my name and user name but no way of adding the latter. I like the app but if you can’t get paid then what’s the point?

Lag and freezing

As the title states… just keeps freezing and lagging. I’m on iPhone 12 Pro Max.

Used to be good

Used to be frequent videos to watch and gain money off the bill. Took several pound off my bill over time. Haven’t had any for a month or more. Now stuck at 0.71p which I cannot redeem as it’s not the minimum £1.00. Will look to uninstall if nothing changes. I think EE should remove this as an option if nothing improves. Not ideal.

Can’t give them a lower rating unfortunately

WeAre8 are pretty much the CCP. Betting they’ll be proud of that too. Totalitarian, cancel culture. Utter garbage. Block your comment. For saying a rave in woodlands might not be good for the local wildlife. Utter scum.

No videos for over one month now

App was great to start with earning quite a bit of money to take off my EE mobile bill, but unfortunately I haven’t had any videos to watch and earn money in the last 5 weeks. Shame

Used to be able to use the money you earned to pay your phone bill

I loved this app as I was able go earn money off my phone bill but since the last update you can only have it go to your paypal account

Takes up to much storage

All videos need to be manually removed, I don’t recall this being a problem initially. It’s one thing if I can remove all videos saved at once but all need removing individually and I have nearly 100, this needs fixing.

Can’t pay my EE bill. Step backwards.

I’ve been using this app for a while and always pay off towards my EE bill. Very disappointed to see that this option has been removed and replaced by PayPal which I don’t use. Probably won’t use going forward.
