Only problem is the sleep time is not recording as it should. Always no data on both the bracelet and the app. Fix it pls

Love the app and watch as it’s able to track hourly BP. Would be good if it can track based on a schedule. The hourly data doesn’t sync to Apple Health app only the manual measurement. Hope the developer will fix that in the future.

Doesn’t record sleep details like deep sleep and shallow sleep and doesn’t keep records of sharp hour measurements anymore after update version 2.8.0. Please resolve ASAP.

Watch can’t bind with my IPhone. Blue tooth indicated F1 plus device connected. Advice pls.

Even the time on watch doesn’t sync. So unbind watch to fix sync problem but now app can’t bind watch anymore.

Was using app the device for a while already. But s nice yesterday, the Bluetooth connection keeps dropping. When try to connect, app will run for a while then show ‘disconnected ‘ then ‘connected’. But nothing is sync. Also can not control device from app to take measurements. Unable to sync data and config settings. How to fix this?

Before the recent update, i cud check daily sleep pattern as in number hrs of sleep, deep sleep, shallow sleep n wake up times. But now i cant see these 4 points for daily record after synchronizing. Cud u pls help to re-create these 4 points as a glance so that i m able to know exactly the number of hrs of deep sleep i had as i hv insomnia prob asap. With these daily sleep record, i wud rate this app 5 stars. Tks
