Urgent Issue with ‘Fluorescent Stripe’ Watch Face Purchase
I recently paid for the ‘Fluorescent Stripe’ watch face, but when I installed it, it turned out to be incorrect. Can you please help resolve this?
I don’t like it you just want money we must contact with police it’s very bad watch 😔

App kicking me out
I can’t even enter the app, it keeps kicking me out!!! I tried deleting it and downloading it again and again but it doesn’t work! What is the point of it if it doesn’t work! I will give it 1 star because it cant even do anything useful because it doesn’t work.
Don’t trust the app
I bought the grands trsw30 watch 7 but to my surprise there was no firmware update for the watch from this website I don’t know why but I saw a video of a person he updated into a better version while I cannot and it is saying it is the latest version by the way app is good for health and some little stuff so you get one more star

I couldn't download in IOS
No notifications sent
I will only receive notifications from the watch is I’m extremely close to the iPhone app but even then it receives late
