Had I known how bad the app was for this product I probably wouldn't have purchased it. Errors in some Asian text. Not connecting to the watch. Changes from 12 to 24 hr setting in its own. No updates in years. Buyer be ware.

I got it a few months ago it worked for a little bit about a month or so then the app stoped connecting to the watch. You really need to fit your bugs because this is one of them. Very unhappy with this app.

Been seeing mostly bad reviews but I haven’t a had any of the problems that others have brought up still not worth 5 stars though lack lustre also I think the gps on the watch itself is off so try using Strava

I’m seeing bad reviews, but I had no trouble setting it up! Honestly I love my watch and this app 🤷🏻‍♀️

Why skin colour? Won’t even connect to my watch either. No options to send a report. Basically stay away from this trash app. Get a Fitbit

It asked for your skin colour, like does that matter, NO it doesn’t and it won’t show text when my phone is in dark mode.

Can’t use app??? Need to fix it as I spent good $ on this watch

There is so many things wrong with this app. I can’t even get passed the set up.
