WeatherPro for iPad

Every year I pay for Premium …doesn’t update ! I’m still waiting for a reply…their Customer Service is non existent . Starting to think it’s a waste of money …you don’t get what you’ve paid for and no recourse to get what you’ve paid for ….beware Thank you Apple …they have now refunded my money …why have a premium feature that you can’t download after paying for it ??

I have used this app for years with no problems. Now it has been taken over by DTN, the app is a shambolic mess. I paid for Premium subscription but ended up with ads, errors, only 7 days of forecast and no radar to check rain. I have contacted the company many times, sending multiple photos of all the errors and still my Status shows “inactive” and tells me to upgrade to Premium for the functions I have already paid for. It is now over a month since I contacted them with absolutely no resolution. Don’t even bother to buy this app, it’s just a waste of money.There are better weather apps available without being ripped off.

Having paid the premium subscription it only updates on my phone! Not on my iPad Not as accurate as apple, will not purchase again!

I purchased the update on 29th April and it still hasn’t been updated on my iPad. Response from Weatherpro totally inadequate.

I like both the information and the user interface and display and how good is the forecast Thanks Tuvi

Don’t forget your password! You can reload the App etc and try and start again, but it won’t let you. There is no process for ‘forgotten password’. Otherwise, the App is very good.

Gives me all I need to know in a variety of locations all on one page

I have renewed my premium but nothing happened. I tried again and paid again. I informed apple and one payment is being refunded but still no hourly or fortnightly forecasts. This is terrible and in the event of not resolution I will take it on the chin and use the BBC weather app.

Renewed subscription but it doesn't work. Tried contacting support and no reply. Similar reports from many other users! 🤬

No rain radar. Paid for Premium and dont get the benefit. Says i need to subscribe……. I have !! Rubbish
