Weave - Text, Call & Schedule

From the initial call with Austin to the install with Amanda., the entire process was seamless. Weave has given our practice the ability to communicate with patients , schedule effectively and finally allow patients to leave reviews with ease. Can not recommend more highly. We also got rid of our expensive, archaic phone service! Thank you Amanda and Austin!

Very slow in terms of a text based platform. Would love to be able to annotate text threads for internal users. I would also like to see call history within the text thread so that if a call has been placed by another team member it is obvious.

Really great app if you like staring at a loading sign, having error messages pop up, and having calls drop. It takes about 60 seconds to send a short text unless you frequently close and reopen the app. Not convenient for communication with hundreds of clients but if you only have a dozen or so people you need to chat with, it might work okay.

The Weave App is improving there overall platform and communication abilities each and every day. We have been with Weave for just over a year and we are seeing a constant improvements and ways in which they are building to make the platform more successful and in turn our use of the platform more successful. We truly appreciate the innovation that is going into this very necessary tool for communicating with our customer base. Everyone one of our pest control technicians is able to use the Mobile App to communicate with customers via texting, phone calls, and to schedule services. Our office staff finally has the ability to communicate on many different levels that are convenient for the customer and give a personal touch or feel. Keep up the good work Weave.

we've been using the system for over two years have referred to many of our business relationship friends and they're all very happy with it. If you're a medical company it's a great way to communicate with your patients, internal communication, along with obtaining payments for co-pays.

When it logs you out, good luck logging back in. Resetting doesn’t work. Love the app when it works.

We used a competitor in between the lack of support, especially support for people that could speak English. We decided to move to Weave and we’ve been delighted ever since sign up set up and wear those socks they give you five stars.
