Looking for a health and wellness App created and led for and by real fitness coaches and mindbody instructors?
Our founder, Melanie Webb, and the expert fitness coaches and mindbody instructors at WebbWell have worked with real life clients for decades. We take the results we’ve achieved through our own body, mind, nature expertise and help our clients transform their understanding and experience of health and wellness. Now, for the first time, we’re making our expert knowledge easily accessible to everyone through an app.

We took those four qualities and built WebbWell on a platform that comes fully loaded with the integrations required by today’s top fitness leaders.
WebbWell keeps your body+mind+nature practice evolving with today’s ever-changing world with ON DEMAND and LIVE content. As coaches join our community they’ll be able to offer their custom programs with in-app purchases.

MOVEMENT STUDIO
Expand your workout horizons with complete movement sessions and workouts featuring expert instructors from a variety of backgrounds and mind-body disciplines.
WebbWell comes front-loaded with ON DEMAND exercise videos and complete workouts, with fresh content always being added. As our community of fitness leaders grows, so will our library of training programs. You’ll find:
- Exercise Library and instruction on important exercises
- Warm Ups and Cool Downs to mix, match, and pair with any workout
- Training Sessions to develop and improve mobility, strength, joint function, balance, brain health, and more
- Workouts to fit any schedule

RELAXATION ROOM
Rest and relaxation is the yin to the yang of any training program. Yet so many of us hate to make time for it. Our goal is to provide instruction in a variety of formats, so you’ll discover what works and make it part of your regular body, mind, nature practice.
Unwind with mindfulness sessions ranging from 2-minutes up to 30-minutes. Learn from instructors with verbal cues, study the written content, or test your mastery in sessions without verbal instruction. Featuring:
- Sound Meditations and natural landscapes featuring KOSHI chimes, indian flute, and entire musical compositions
- Guided Imagery to maximize creativity and help you connect with nature
- Breathwork to help you relax
- Qigong and yoga to harness energy and help you find your flow

EXTRAS
Stay caught up on pop-up classes, exclusive events and all things WebbWell with the in-app Newsroom and Push Notifications. The app contains written, audio, and video content to match your on-the-go lifestyle. You can even contact your favorite instructors to receive private training and coaching.
