Webber please get back Russian Language for your Connect App. Thank you
It is the best $3000 I ever spent. This cooker is amazing. Thank you Weber for an awesome pellet smoker.
I like the new redesign, but I feel like a lot of information is missing now when going though recepies. Specifically when trying to preview the steps it does no longer say how long will it take between flipping. I know I am meant to rely on the sensor but still, would be nice to have average or estimate time between steps/flips,
Loving the changes! Graphing is back like on my iGrill and being able to connect to multiple devices is so handy. Excited to see what’s next!
this app has been significantly improved in the last iteration - welcome to 2023 with historical cooking temp graphs, multiple connections and videos of cooking steps. Recipe catalogue has been significantly improved as well, can now find a recipe that matches what I want to cook (rather than finding the next closest thing). A recommendation to the team - add in Live Activities for iOS to allow dynamic tracking on lock screen. This would bring app to an elite level.
An upgrade in hardware a down grade in app functionality, the hardware now has WiFi support but the older iGrill app was better. The app lacks basic functionality. Buy one of the other products out there, this is most likely to disappoint.
Wi Fi connection doesn’t work and it took over to set up the Bluetooth convection by the time the software was updated. I preferred the older Weber iGrill app
I am a bit disappointed. After using a cheap $50 Bunnings brand Bluetooth thermometer for years, I decided to splash out on the new top of the line Weber Connect - as all my other Weber items to date have been great. The temp probes are great & the temp info is also great - but that’s about it. The app is severely lacking basic items that my old cheap probe had & assumed something worth $200 would have. No ability to add your own custom cooks - as there are a lot of meat cooking styles missing & we all have our own way of cooking. And a stopwatch function so you can time slow cooks of custom set temps, instead of just the timer. They are two massive things missing that this should have as a basic function & really made me regret my purchase.
App overall isn’t bad but it’s badly in need of some features found in other wireless temperature apps. Needs graphing over the cook and the ability to save the graphs. Needs the ability to completely remote start the bbq, pointless having to manually switch the physical button each time. Needs an Apple Watch app to monitor temps and adjust temps as needed. Needs temp range alarms.
1. Needs to support multiple connect enabled devices at the same time(SmokeFire & Connect Hub for example) 2. Notifications need some work - they are repeated once the app opens
