Webster Bank Mobile App

The old app was a breeze to use but this version is having me reconsider going to the teller in person. Things that are downgrades: - manual decimal in deposit amount. one more button to press. - manual verification of check photos. two more buttons to press. - periodic login to reactivate fingerprint login. strong passwords are a joy to type! And on top of it all, some deposits get shut down for reasons such as amounts not matching even though they do or the app just plain not working. Just give me back the old app.

I have been trying to login to my account senses this new app got out

I rely on my banking apps a lot, and having to sign in on the website kind of defeats what this app is supposed to do. It seems to be always down notifications works on and off. Currently the app has been down for three days right now I am not a big fan.

Doesn’t hold my face, recognition, constantly have to sign back in with the password and activate it

many times a struggle with depositing checks. Also little improvement in paying bills

This app makes me so mad! Everytime I try to use it I get stuck on the opening page where it just says Webster bank and the login page never pops up. I delete the app and redownload it all the time and maybe 1/10 times it actually works. Been with Webster for over a decade but it’s terrible right now! Switching banks asap!

I’ve tried to be patient but l’m tired. My major complaint is having to input my pw even though I turned on face ID
